“The only thing I can cook really is mince meat, which is ironic because I’m a vegetarian. But I like calzone and lasagna. I cooked every day in Spain so David and the boys lived off minced meat for four years. I cook a Sunday dinner every single Sunday I’ll have you know. My kids like Yorkshire pudding so I make that, I can make it from scratch and I make Dora the Explorer cakes for afters because the kids love them.”

- Victoria Beckham discussing her mince meat cooking ways. Somebody hand this chick a vegetarian cookbook! It’s time to broaden your horizons Victoria!

Mince meat can and is often made without meat.

I think the only non-veg ingredient in mincemeat now a days is suet, which can easily be substituted for something more animal friendly. Perhaps she’s making the veg version?
