The Jonas Brothers Get Political With Ellen DeGeneres And Declare Yourself

Filed under: campaigns, film-tv, politics, television — Michael Parrish DuDell @ 11:00 am

From purity rings to wholesome lyrics, those Jonas Brothers are just so darn precious. (Insert mild sarcasm, curious eyebrow raise and distant E True Hollywood theme music foreshadowing a rather boring, yet anticipated, fall from grace.)

Whether you like it or not, many of today’s tweens looks up to the Jonas boys like Sarah Palin might to Charlton Heston or Satan. And speaking of Sarah Palin, the latest good deed brought to you care of the J-Boys is an effort to get more of America’s youth excited about the voting process.

To do this, the two age eligible brothers have recently registered to vote thanks to Ellen DeGeneres and Declare Yourself. In case you aren’t up on all things Ellen, the talkshow host is super excited about the upcoming election and has teamed up with Declare Yourself to register people live on her show during the month of September.

These days it seems like all of Hollywood is getting involved in the election, and most recently Ecorazzi told you how Jessica Alba was even getting topless, gagged and taped up for the Declare Yourself campaign.

So if you haven’t yet registered to vote, we here at Ecorazzi are begging, pleading, crying out for you to do so before it’s too late! Check out DeclareYourself.com and follow the Jonas Brothers, Jessica Alba and many more who are leading the way straight to the voting booth! Do you smell that? Oh yes, the sweet aroma of change!!
