Giveaway: Greenopia’s “Guide to Green” For Urban Dwellers

As many of us attempt to make our lives more eco-friendly, it’s not always clear what shops and services out there fit into this lifestyle; especially for urban dwellers faced with an overwhelming array of choices. Thankfully, the folks over at Greenopia have published some fantastic guide books detailing eco-friendly retailers, service providers, and organizations in New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Greenopia guides are printed on FSC-certified, chlorine-free paper with soy inks and, whenever possible, are printed at facilities that have been awarded an FSC chain-of-custody certification.

I could really use all three: I live in the SF Bay Area, travel to NYC usually once a year, and my brother-in-law lives in DC so we’re frequently there, too. I love introducing people to little ways that they can green-up their lives. The guide I’d be likely to use the most often is SF Bay Area. With it, I could increase the consciousness of tens, if not hundreds, of people!
