If you were one of the unfortunate millions that saw Jerry Seinfeld and Bill Gates talk about “nothing” in a string of commercials to promote Microsoft Windows, I’m sorry. Seinfled supposedly received something like $10 million for that BS, making him the winner and the rest of us dumber because of it.
Thankfully, Microsoft’s new wave of ads is much less “WTF” and more “Originality is a bitch, so let’s just piggyback onto what Apple has done.” I mean, I give them credit for taking that “I’m a PC” insult and flipping it on its head — but seriously, Vista really does blow compared to OS X. Go ahead and debate it out.
Anyways, check out the cool green references in this ad. I’m hoping that Seinfeld is the guy in the shark cage.
