The Cambridgeshire property has been on the market for £180,000 for over a year, but because of the lackluster economy, Walsh has recently decided to auction it with a reserve of £100,000.

He told the news provider: “The whole project including decor, fitted kitchen, landscaping, etc cost over £175,000 to build. So this could be your opportunity to really bag a bargain.”
