Neither leather nor pleather is perfect, but I'll go for the vegan option, as it omits the animal cruelty element. Vegan shoes are comprised of man-made materials, like PVC, and those are anything but eco-friendly. I'm happy the animals are left out of it, but it would be nice if her line could start using recycled vegan materials instead! Why not raise the bar even higher?
