Angelina Jolie Wants Brad Pitt To Sell Art Collection For Charity

And just when you thought the famous duo couldn’t do anymore, it looks like Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt might have plans to raise some serious cash for charity. Rumor has it that Jolie is trying to convince Pitt to sell off his art collection and donate the money to charity.

A source said: “Angelina hit the roof recently when Brad had another piece of art delivered to their home in Los Angeles. She wasn’t happy. Angelina wants Brad to sell his art collection and give the money to charity. She says there are so many people who don’t have the basic necessities, so collecting expensive baubles feels extravagant and selfish to her.”

The source added: “Angelina believes in supporting the arts, but she doesn’t believe that people should be living with priceless objects. She wants to scale back on their possessions and lead a simple life.”

Brad has reportedly spent millions on the collection and has decked out their Los Angeles home with rare paintings, sculptures and furniture from all over the world. Will Pitt give up his prized possessions to help raise money for charity? Stay tuned to Ecorazzi for all the latest!

    Hard to believe that Brad has actually spent millions on an Art Collection. Perhaps he meant to leave it for his children as a legacy — understandable. But I think Angelina has the right idea of what to leave children in a legacy — compassion is worth much more than anything that could be left materially.

    A word to Ms Jolie:
    Give it time if you are wanting your partner to simplify, people don’t change overnight and sometimes they only take baby steps over the period of years. He will follow as he sees you leading, just keep the love strong and it will fall into place… in it’s time.

    Ok seriously this woman needs to shut the hell up. I mean honestly let the man live how he wants to what fucking right does she have to tell him how to live. And to sell things which he adores. I believe in charity but this womans a fanatic on it. Just because there are so many people living a shitty life in the world doesn’t mean you have to sell the things you love and collect to live a simple life. Not everyone likes a simple life angelina get over yourself with your annoying ego. I say Brad should do as he likes, i dont think its fair to alienate someone like that. PS. no offence but she needs to drop the whole tattoo bullshit with bullshit sayings on them you’re not spiritual nor are you special, go back to making your horrible movies and shut the fuck up. I’m sick of seeing everything about her on magazines its almost as annoying as seeing how empty the world is writing absolutely everything they can about so called “celebrities” angelina the moment you move to a third world country and give up all your money and lifestyle then i’ll take you seriously till then i couldn’t care less.

    Brate. ummm…i really don’t even know what to say to that. maybe you should take a few deep breaths and try to calm down. Like you said, people should be able to live their lives. Brad and Angelina are a couple who live together and have children together. If couples can’t be honest with each other and share opinions with one another without a third party freaking out about it, this is a sad world indeed. I’m sure Brad will make his own choice in the end.
