    Rachael Ray has mentioned vegetarianism before and I hope hearing from more and more vegetarians and vegans encourages her to lean further in that direction as she is one of the most looked upon chefs on television.

    Good for John, it is always hopeful to hear a celebrity extolling the benefits of a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle! A quick note to Me (the first letter writer) Make extra veg gravy for your tofurky, it adds a little moisture if you think it tastes too dry, it took me awhile to love tofurkey but now I do!
