Josh Duhamel Learns About Climate Change With Polar Bears International

Filed under: animals, events — Michael Parrish DuDell @ 1:31 pm

Transformers star Josh Duhamel joined scientists from Polar Bears International at the Hudson Bay near Churchill, Manitoba, Canada on Wednesday to learn first-hand how climate change is affecting the polar bear population. While on the excursion, Josh toured the area on a Tundra Buggy and also recorded a PSA for the non-profit organization.

Duhamel told ET Canada, “The bears sort of symbolize something global and if we think globally, we have to think locally and if we’re thinking locally we have to be conscious of things we can do to reduce, you know? They’re just amazing creatures, they’re just awesome. The more I learn, the more interesting they are.”
