Welcome back to the Parrish Goes To Portland video series! Yesterday we premiered the very first episode with vegan authors Ray Sammartano and Beverly Lynn Bennett, and today we’re back once again with more West Coast vegetarian hotness! Now I must say, the all vegetarian pizza joint, Pizza Research Institute, was not originally on my list of places to check out. However, after eating just one bite of the MOST DELICIOUS vegan pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life, I just knew we had to tell you all about them!
