Scarlett Johansson Auctions Off Snotty Tissue For Charity

The holidays have officially arrived!! Know how I know? Because Scarlett Johansson is pawning off her snotty tissues!

That’s right! Ms. Johansson recently appeared on the The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and was quite under the weather. During the interview she blamed her “celebrity cold” on The Spirit co-star Samuel L. Jackson, saying she caught it from him. Scarlett believed that for this reason, her cold had some “value.”

And so in an act of pure class, Scarlett blew her nose into a tissue, put it into a Ziploc bag and autographed it. The tissue is now up for auction on eBay and is up to $2,000!!!!

While the whole idea of this grosses me out, knowing that all proceeds will benefit USA Harvest makes me feel a little bit better.

    There was a man who was convicted of a crime decades later due to DNA on an envelope.

    He was tricked-they sent a fake letter asking him to send back and they used to sticky part of the envelope to tie his DNA to that found on the body—since he wouldn’t give one voluntarily.

    Reminds me of cold case episodes where they follow folks around and pick up cigarettes they throw on the ground and stuff…Creepy.

    Not that I personally have anything to worry about, of course:)

    Luv cold case (have seen many episodes) great show..

    As for Serge- he’s apparently posted his theory all over the http://www... wonder if he believes it. i just wish they could clone my cat.. well i guess they can now. but i know it’s better once she passes (16) to get another from the pound and save a life ;)
