Ben Affleck yesterday unveiled his short film documentary in conjunction with the UNHCRs new ‘Gimme Shelter’ campaign. The initiative will help raise funds and awareness about the crisis in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the work of the UN refugee agency. Affleck completed the film over four trips to the region since 2007. Check out the five minute version below for a glimpse of what’s happening to the more than 1.3 million displaced by the violence.
