Despite the blustery December weather that hit earlier today in New York City, Adrian Grenier nonetheless was busy lending a hand for charity. Earlier in the week, the Entourage star hosted the annual Charity:Water Ball  to raise money for the organization’s work bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations.
