Maybe she did go vegan for however many days. Maybe she brought awareness to the factory farming industry and puppy mills. If only she could do meaningful, worthwhile shows all the time. Instead of giving audience members tons of expensive shite that they don't need why doesn't she put part of her 5 miilion per show to better use. FYI shortly after her vegan kick she did an episode on how to cook a turkey for Thanksgiving(my dad was watching the show, not me).

Oprah should be awarded the Dog genocide award. She has been the cause for more deaths of dogs this past year than any person living on the planet.

The Sooner this evil person is off the air the better.

Oprah has been on an animal friendly trend and I hope she continues on this path again. I read somewhere that she had gained weight - maybe she'll consider more vegan friendly food in a move towards a healthier and happier life.

She did bring about awareness like only she can. Kudos for the exposure.

I'm glad she won it. Although i'm sure she will receive flack for winning POTY from PETA simply because she did not stick with the vegan diet permanently.

But i still applaud the effort and as i said above the exposure she did bring to animal causes.
