Using liposuction biowastes should be regulated by the Health Dept. to ensure the safety of the public from communicable diseases. This physician did not have permits from the Health Dept and commited what I believe is a felony. Also he allowed unlicensed people to perform lipo procedures and suctioned TOO MUCH fat (who knows if he needed some extra mileage for that Lincoln Navigator). Bizzare.
