Unless paying the taxes is paid too but I seriously doubt it! Those house giveaways are a pickle financially. Then you have property taxes, the huge utilities, maybe homeowner's association fees... I think the only HGTV Dream Home winner that actually tried to live in the house he won nearly lost everything..I think he found a buyer.
