Richard Simmons is a crazy, crazy man. But he also seems like a good time. How cool would it be if you were three drinks into a party and he came crashing through the door? You could be looking at the best night ever.

Anyways, the 60-year-old fitness personality recently appeared on CNN sporting a “Peace Sign” shirt and pretty much inviting pandemonium into the studio. Word of caution: If Richard Simmons does show up at your home, make sure you’re wearing long pants. Check out the video below to see why.

    I saw him the other day for a few mins on one of these shows. He is crazy, but I just LOVE him XD So funny and positive…even if he is over the top :)

    wow i did see this yesterday (as the top story on CNN – kinda frightening) but didn’t think of it as ER material.. but I guess it could be. At least Richard simmons is always making us laugh and work out/eat right.. not a bad thing.

    True to his being a agent of cause! love it, when he is on David Letterman late night show! he as well is also making a positive difference in peoples thinking, some thing we all should strive to do!
