Wanna help Haiti? Wanna hang out with the band Linkin Park? Well I have a way for you to kill two birds with one stone (please note: no birds were harmed in the writing of this post).

Linkin Park is teaming up with Social Vibe and Music for Relief to offer YOU a chance to meet the band. About the partnership, David “Phoenix” Farrell said:

“We’re helping to ensure that they’re better prepared to deal with future hurricanes and floods. In addition to collecting funds, we’re using a site called SocialVibe for the first time to earn money for the food and clean drinking water that the people of Haiti so desperately need.”

Here’s how it works: simply add socialvibe.com/musicforrelief to your webpage (myspace, facebook, etc.) and you will help contribute by earning donations for the charity. Whoever adds the most friends by April 24th wins a trip to hang out with the band in the studio. Pretty easy, right?

The goal is to raise $25,000 for clean water, food and reforestation in effected areas, and we’re sure they can do it.
