That is not even to mention how much WATER 1lb of meat uses...its sick and annoying that people green this and green that but don't even cut down meat consumption AT ALL. Seriously, EVER recipe on EVERY episode i have seen is meat meat meat. I know she isn't veg, but she could REALLY get the message out about the huge impact meat has on the environment, and creative ways to reduce the consumption of it.
