Here in the States, it’s NY Fashion week — but in a couple weeks, London will get its chance to strut the catwalk of the designer world; and the Environmental Justice Foundation hopes their reusable cotton bag will be in tow.

Created exclusively by designer Richard Nicoll and inspired by the Environmental Justice Foundation’s (EJF) Pick Your Cotton Carefully campaign, the limited-edition bag will throw £1 from each sale towards the environmental and human rights charity. The bag is being modeled by style leader and top fashion journalist Louise Roe. “Now more than ever, it’s crucial to be savvy about what you’re buying – customers need to take responsibility for the consequences of what they buy and where,” she says. “EJF are making a difference to children’s lives around the world, and I am proud to be supporting them.”

  1. The story here isn’t so much the bag, it’s seeing the Environmental Justice Foundation share billing with ELLE magazine!
