I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: Sir Paul McCartney has, is and will always be a super cool dude.
A vegetarian since way before I was even born, Paul is constantly looking for healthy new ways to improve his life.
In a TV interview, McCartney revealed a daily routine he learned on a recent trip to India. The exercise? Eye yoga! During an eye yoga session, the ex-Beatle stares in different directions and holds his gaze for 20 seconds at a time. McCartney says:
“He told me eyes are muscles (and) are just like any other muscles, and they need exercise to keep them working properly. Spending so much time at computers or (watching) the TV or reading books, we are only using one set of muscles in our eyes. The yoga gives a workout to the other ones.”
