My Dad, who was born in 1923, told me a couple of times in my life that he had learned the same thing--the eye and its related muscles need to be exercised/stretched.

He'd learned this from his father, who'd read it in an article from some time in the distant past.

(Please note: my Dad had no time for any new age remedies, and his Dad was a major in the British army, with similar thoughts, but this worked.)

I can not even begin to describe the difference that has made in my eyesight whenever I simply regularly look to each corner, then in circles clockwise and counterclockwise in each direction, to stretch the muscles that govern the eye.

Not only is it relaxing, but it greatly benefits one's focus and perception.

Try it.

Look to one corner (upper left, for example) to start, as far as you can. Hold it for as long as you need to feel the optic muscles relax. 15 seconds or so should do it.

Then repeat this in each of the four corners (and points between this, if you have the patience), followed by clockwise and counterclockwise rotations of the eyes to the greatest outside circumference.

An additional aide? Cover the eyes after to help relax them. Cold compresses really help.

It works. I just wish I had the common sense to do this regularly, as it benefits my eyesight and the ease on my eyes each time I do it.

My Dad did this regularly and had very sharp eyesight throughout his life.

Coincidence? Not sure, but I do have a degree in biology and a diploma in business, and am not easily swayed, but this truly works (when I do it).

I've probably said this before but; Paul played one of the best shows I've ever seen (think I said that before) and ole Heather stood just a few rows in front of me - jumping up and down (as best she could ;)

If he wants to dye his hair brown that's okay by me.. He might be a little into his look but at least he's not getting surgery (or so it appears) and in pics they show he's balding in the back a little. so believe it or not Dennis he probably has this much hair naturally in part because of his healthy (veg) diet.. Hell maybe he's even still not all gray .. it happens.

Dennis sounds like a real fan, lol. First of all I Saw Her Standing There was nominated, that's why he did it. A fan would know that. but anyway, good for Paul for using natural ways to improve his health. He is a inspiration and he looks and sounds wonderful or as the song says he's beyond compare.

I like Macca, too. He seems to have either started wearing blue-tinted contact lenses or his eye color changed. In his younger days, his eyes were much more on the brownish side.
He can do whatever he wants, but with those wrinkles,I don't know who he thinks he's fooling with that dyed hair and (probable) hair piece he wears.
Maybe he went the Elton John route and joined Hair Club for Men or The Bosley Group. It is sort of ridiculous for a 67 year old man to be so vain as Macca seems to be. Wear your hair white as it is,Paul,be happy with that and for god's sake get rid of the rug!
I saw Mac on the Grammy show and was dismayed that he chose to perform "I Saw Her Standing There" when his new CD w/ Youth, the Fireman "Electric Arguments" has so many great songs. It would have been better to hear one of them. IMHO.
