Only Jack Johnson could create a song about the recycling that’s not only easy on the ears, but worth repeat listening. His “The 3 R’s” song off of the Curious George soundtrack is a favorite on the green scene — so it’s no surprise that someone has already remixed it for the tween scene.

Mitchel Musso — film and television actor, singer and rapper, who is best known for his role as Oliver Oken in Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana — has released his new video for ‘The 3 R’s”. It’s got a groovier beat, rap vocals, and a teen gloss over that we dig — because, hey, kids will watch this and hopefully understand the message. That, or just swoon over Musso.     You all do know that it’s not really Jack Johnson’s song right? Oh God I hope I’m not the only one old enough here to remember this same song from the 70′s from School House Rock (ok I was born in the 70′s and barely remember but… ;)
