As a followup to Tuesday’s post on Ashley Judd’s participation in an “I Love Mountains” rally, here’s a brief video of her speaking at the event. The actress was there to promote a bill sponsored by Rep. Don Pasley, that’s been held up in the House Natural Resources and Environment Committee for four years. The “stream saver” bill would restrict waste rock blasted from the sides and tops of mountains from being placed in the upper reaches of hollows, where natural streams are being buried.
