Also it’s great publicity for the Tuscan tourism industry.
Well done, I’m envious but can still praise the man’s lifestyle.

Lighten up everyone. He’s doing more than most people – so if he wants a little meat, then so be it. We should celebrate what he has done – spread the news. It’s a great story. Leave it to eco purists to ruin what could be a positive uplifting story. We need all the good news we can get.
