Star-Studded Vegan Potluck Puts Animal-Products To Shame

What’s cheaper than a vegan restaurant, cleaner than a vegan picnic and less headache inducing than a night of vegan drinking? Anwser: A VEGAN POTLUCK!!!
Last night, Ecorazzi headed out to Brooklyn, NY to attend Josh Katcher’s (AKA The Discerning Brute) Vegan Potluck. This wasn’t the first potluck Katcher’s held and I can pretty much bet it won’t be the last!
I can’t even really talk about the food without freaking out a little. Basically, name an incredible dish and it was probably there. My favorites were the stuffed shells, spicy Buffalo Wings and delicious Dr. Cow cheese. But what really stole the show for me was Vegan Treats owner Danielle Konya’s vegan twix bar. Yep, vegan frigin twix!
Besides the excellent food, we also said a hello to some excellent well-known VEG heads including: Skinny Bitch Rory Freedman, Crazy Sexy Lifer Kris Carr, Girlie Girl Army’s own Chloe Jo Berman, Bizarro creator Dan Piraro, olsen Haus vegan shoe designer Elizabeth Olsen, Filmmaker Marisa Miller Wolfson and plenty of other super hot Veggies. Of course it wouldn’t be a party without chatting it up with some of our friends from the HSUS and Farm Sanctuary!
