Starwars.com and Zazzle have hooked up to bring the force to Earth Day in the form of six, new, 100% organic t-shirts. Now you too can wear your green on your sleeve while reminding others that “careless blaster fire can cause wildfires” or “Recycling: It’s not just for Jawas”.

More than just good for a laugh, the purchase of Zazzle’s green tees will also help benefit forests as part of their “Tree-Shirt ReLeaf” campaign. The company hopes to plant 100,000 trees with money earned from the sale of their Green Day t-shirts, running through April 24, 2009. Shoppers should use code “PLANTATREE09” for the purchase of any apparel item so that $1 will be donated to American Forests.

Want one? They’re available here for just over $20.

Veld donates money to farm animals and also serves them

Lest we be confused that their giant V logo stands for anything other than Veld.

Trading beef for beans is not a solution, veganism is

Please do substitute beef for beans, but also have tofu instead of turkey, carrots instead of chicken, and I think you see where I’m going.

Guys, extortion isn’t an effective form of vegan advocacy

Assuming we can extort people into respecting the lives of others makes no sense.
