We love Emily. We love GirlieGirlArmy.com. And now we love Jimmy Fallon for showcasing them both!
On a recent episode of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Bones star Emily Deschanel shares some of her all-time favorite things!
When asked what site she couldn’t live without, Em says:
“My favorite website that I can’t live without is GirlieGirlArmy.com because it has fashion and eco-fashion and a recipe every week. They send out a newsletter so you can find out what’s going on. That’s the one I love.”
What a coincidence — we love GirlieGirlArmy.com too!
Check out the video below and see what else Emily Deschanel loves!

Sorry but someone’s got to say it:
STOP THE INCESTUAL CROSS PROMOTION!!
It is so darn annoying to constantly see plugs for GGA, discerning brute, etc. on this site and vice versa when on those websites.
I’m pretty sure that the AR/veg community is a little larger than all this insular cross-referencing makes it appear. So stop already pretty please.
Not Again- We love all blogs equally. If you check out our sister site VEGdaily.com you’ll see TONS of different blogs featured.
We feature GGA and Brute on the Razz because they cover eco fashion and celebs — just like us.
Got any tips on other eco blogs that share our style? Let us know and we’ll be happy to cover them too!
Jimmy Fallon has been having some great guests, but he’s so uneasy, he makes the audience feel uncomfortable. At this rate, I don’t see how much longer his show will be on the air. He doesn’t behave like a host. He acts like an unwanted third wheel at your party. His people were smart enough to land him an interview on G4’s Attack of the Show… but that I know, I don’t think NBC returned the favor.
Shameless cross-promo is usually based on money. We talk about each other because there are not that many other really amazing sites that share the same scruples as GirlieGirlArmy.com entirely. I can promo another girlie eco fashion site that pimps “green fur” or I can link back to DB for green style that I’m sure is vegan. I can link to Perez Hilton, or I can link to Ecorazzi… what do you think is the ethical choice?
i agree – stop the cross promotion. you lose the objectivity.
Don’t be a hater Not Again

Oh Emily, sweet Emily… *deep prolonged sigh*
She mentioned that among other things she likes GirlieGirlArmy.com also because it has recipes…
She can also cook vegan!?
I mean, she’s gorgeous, intelligent, independent, talented, funny, an environmentalist, vegan and she also cooks?
Regarding social sites… “I’d rather call my friends” – could she be any cooler!?
Okay, it’s easy to realize I have this ‘thing’ for Emily Deschanel…
I’m not an obsessed fan or anything like that (at all) though
I’m not the settling type of guy but if I were to meet a ‘girl’ like her, I would surely fall for her in no time (okay this was kind of too much information… embarrassing!)
I’m going to go now… *blushing*
