Giveaway: Two Funky Fresh Blottoe Messenger Bags From Simple Shoes

Surprise! We’re rocking out a special edition of our weekly giveaways on Twitter Thursday with a little Twitter Tuesday action. However, this one isn’t just specific to the Twitter scene — so for those that have been looking to win something, but don’t care to chirp with the rest of us, we’re giving you a chance to win too!
Why the special edition giveaway? Well, tomorrow is my birthday and I wanted everyone out there to sing. We’ve also got some fantastic messenger bags from Simple Shoes that I just couldn’t resist from handing out any longer. This is one of those companies that understands how sustainability and style can mesh, get it on, and result in some incredible products (including some vegan-friendly options). You an check out their full collection here. Regarding the bags, here are the deets:
Adorable “Blottoe” messenger Bag – made with 100% certified organic cotton eyelit. The metal zippers have PET (recycled plastic bottle) bases. Brass hardware is unfinished. There is an inside pocket to store an Ipod (or other mp3 player!) and there is an eyelet through which you can string a pair of headphones. Retails for $75.00!

As someone who works on the road and outdoors- having a stylish, eco-friendly, VEGAN bag would be awesome. I run a farmer’s market stand so I know I could share the coolness of this bag with others and further my mission of leading by example and showing others that being eco-friendly and vegan can also be stylish!

Ohhh it would rock my world because I need a VEGAN bag. It is so hard as a Vegan to find eco-friendly and STYLISH things for us. I would wear it around everywhere, could definitely use it while riding my bike (my current and only vegan bag is more like a purse) and well, I never win anything!

This ultra hip and cool messenger bag will rock my world because it has the perfect compartments for my iPod and headphones so I will be able to sport this on myself all around town wherever my journey takes me and listen to all my favorite tunes. And, better yet, it is going to take me one step further on the road to greening up my act, which I have been passionately pursuing! I will be so proud to wear this bag and promote the fact to all my friends that it is rendered in organic cotton and the zippers are made from recycled plastic, now how cool is that and what a great conversation fashion piece this is! I am not a fashionista, but I like quality and longevity. I use the same bag everyday. It’s suede. A second hand Coach hobo bag. I’m ready to go vegan. So if I won this, I would the use the bag EVERY DAY and get complimented constantly and everyone else would want to go buy one.
I remember getting my first pair of Simple shoes when I was in Junor High (over 13 years ago)! They were blue, and I thought I was the coolest kid in school! I still love Simple Shoes today, and TOTALLY need a Simple Bag to add to my wardrobe!
