Hilary Duff threw the switch and lit up the Empire State Building yesterday in honor of the 24th Annual AIDS Walk. From sunset to midnight, the spire of the iconic landmark glowed red in honor of the walk happening this Sunday in NYC. In a PSA for the event, Duff said, “In tough times, it’s even more important for people to get involved. Everyone should find a cause they believe in whether it is something in your local community or something as big a global issue as AIDS.”

  1. Eric says:

This would have been pure win if she had done it during earth hour.

It is also pure win to see a Kraft Easy Mac ad on a blog that promotes a vegan lifestyle.

  2. Christina says:

At least she’s involved in something! :-)
