heather_mills_charityHeather Mills loves talking about veganism. And I love talking about Heather Mills talking about veganism.

This past weekend, the Mills Machine cooked up some delicious vegan nosh at the Brighton Foodie Festival.  Heather told the UK Daily Mail:

“They just think that it’s boring nut roasts and lots of hippy people who they think haven’t washed for months but they do, but that’s not what being vegan is about.”

“It’s about being animal friendly, saving the environment and the planet. The biggest contributor of global warming is the consumption of meat and dairy, but of course they are not going to tell you that.”

Get ready — Ecorazzi told you earlier that Heather’s new vegan restaurant, V-Bites, is on its way to the UK. We can’t wait to hear your reviews!
