Great interview. Judging from the art it looks like you might even have sat at the same table I did a few months back when I was in NYC. Honestly though I wasn’t impressed with the food or ambiance. Now Candle 79 (also vegan not too far away) That place was packed, food ten times better and awesome!

I cannot say enough about Ingrid Newkirk. She is dedicated, tireless, and committed like few people in the world. If we all had an ounce of her resolve…I can only imagine.

She is a hero and a saint in the truest sense of the words.
