Obama can’t do anything via legislation to stop global warming. Every American and every world citizen needs to do what they can to cut down their emissions and carbon footprint– one of the best ways as laid out by the UN is to eat a plant-based diet (vegetarian) more than you do now and encourage others to do so.

If Obama really cared about both the environment and health care costs, he would be recommending a “Meatout” and recommending that Americans try to sacrifice for the cause a la Jimmy Carter and Gerald Ford. But, their political careers didn’t go very well, so instead he’ll try to pass ineffective legislation and blame the Republicans any way it goes.

why don’t you hang off a ship instead of offering money you don’t have and will never get?

Global Warming theory and Religion are two things we could do without – they both rely on lemmings to spread the word.

It’s a Natural Earth Cycle People, Wake up already!

Chairman O stated that the average American would not bear the brunt of this historic tax-increase, claiming instead that: “It is paid for by the polluters who currently emit dangerous carbon emissions.”

Just compare this blatant falsehood to Ronald Reagans’ timeless wisdom:

“The most dangerous myth is the demagoguery that business can be made to pay a larger share, thus relieving the individual. Politicians preaching this are either deliberately dishonest, or economically illiterate, and either one should scare us.

…Only people pay taxes, and people pay as consumers every tax that is assessed against a business.”

And after the way they rammed this stuff through the House with little debate, without legislators even reading it… and while quarantining the GOP from any meaningful input whatsoever, any foolhardy individuals who still believe Obama’s threadbare “bipartisanship” spiel ought to have their head examined.

Isn’t it so easy to trash people who are only fighting for what they believe in?

At least they have the guts to get off their fat asses and do something to try to change the world…
However, I can’t say the same about the cowards who sit comfortably behind the safety of a computer screen trashing people on-line!!

Oh and regarding global warming, well, I guess there’s an on-line cult against it because every time global warming is mentioned, you pop up like mushrooms!!

Many people believe it’s a reality (myself proudly included) and most scientists have already concluded it’s true! Maybe we’re all wrong and this is a conspiracy created by Al Gore and by all the governments to make trillions of dollars, but maybe, just maybe, it’s really happening and it will eventually come back to bite you on your behinds…

I guess we have to wait and see what happens in the near future to prove 100% whether we’re right or wrong!

I am from Canada. I was in the black hills when Greenpeace pulled that dumbe stunt. the feed back I got from Americans was not good …one said they should cut the ropes and let them fall…doing a stunt like that pissed a lot of americans off, not at the government but at Greenpeace! they should be ashamed of hanging that banner on a monument that so great!

Its sacreligous to stick a picture of dictator obama right next to four of americas greatists presidents and leave it to the GREENPEACE jerks to pull off another one of their stupud stunts
