When my brother lived in MOUNTIAN VIEW CALIFORNIA and worked for RAYTHEON those GREENPESTS were always asking for money to hold one of their anti-buisness protests or hang a few of their stupid banners on a building or two he didnt give them greenpeace wanks a thing their nothing but a bunch of fat green liars and all around pests

I am from Canada. I was in the black hills when Greenpeace pulled that dumbe stunt. the feed back I got from Americans was not good …one said they should cut the ropes and let them fall…doing a stunt like that pissed a lot of americans off, not at the government but at Greenpeace! they should be ashamed of hanging that banner on a monument that so great!

Isn’t it so easy to trash people who are only fighting for what they believe in?

At least they have the guts to get off their fat asses and do something to try to change the world…
However, I can’t say the same about the cowards who sit comfortably behind the safety of a computer screen trashing people on-line!!

Oh and regarding global warming, well, I guess there’s an on-line cult against it because every time global warming is mentioned, you pop up like mushrooms!!

Don’t you have a life or something!?

Many people believe it’s a reality (myself proudly included) and most scientists have already concluded it’s true! Maybe we’re all wrong and this is a conspiracy created by Al Gore and by all the governments to make trillions of dollars, but maybe, just maybe, it’s really happening and it will eventually come back to bite you on your behinds…

I guess we have to wait and see what happens in the near future to prove 100% whether we’re right or wrong!

I just hope it won’t be too late…

It did what it should have. Spurred controversy about a very important subject.
Thank you Greenpeace and all your personnel who are taking a personal loss in the form of fines, jail time, etc.
It’s worth it. Every penny, second, to try to make our home a better place.

What is possibly wrong with that?

Chairman O stated that the average American would not bear the brunt of this historic tax-increase, claiming instead that: “It is paid for by the polluters who currently emit dangerous carbon emissions.”

Just compare this blatant falsehood to Ronald Reagans’ timeless wisdom:

“The most dangerous myth is the demagoguery that business can be made to pay a larger share, thus relieving the individual. Politicians preaching this are either deliberately dishonest, or economically illiterate, and either one should scare us.

…Only people pay taxes, and people pay as consumers every tax that is assessed against a business.”

And after the way they rammed this stuff through the House with little debate, without legislators even reading it… and while quarantining the GOP from any meaningful input whatsoever, any foolhardy individuals who still believe Obama’s threadbare “bipartisanship” spiel ought to have their head examined.
