Heather Mills Vegan Eatery Proving Popular

Looks like Heather Mills’ new vegan eatery is so far a runaway success.

The 41-year-old activist has been tweeting over the past couple days with customer numbers and enthused reactions to the food. Her most recent tweet gushes,

“Waiting at the airport for 3 hrs for my transfer just got a call from VBITES 3000 plus today unbelievable so happy people are loving it hxxx”

Mills is on her way back from some “Vegefest” in the US that she was speaking at. I couldn’t find anything online regarding what she was talking about (anyone else know of a “vegefest” going on in the US somewhere recently?) but she’s obviously thrilled with VBites reception. In another tweet, she states:

yes i am knackered but on an adrenaline high, and getting to watch people eat great food everyday, what more could i want.”

As an aside, thanks to everyone who chimed in on our story of Mill’s new vegan frozen food potentially being called Vbites. Let us know if you find out anything additional while talking to the staff over there. As the Vegetarian Star pointed out, earlier reports indicated that the line would be called “Mighty Meatless Meals in Minutes“. A mouthful, indeed! I guess we’ll see whether a separate meal deal comes out of this one.

  1. It’s not a frozen range but chilled. Also the ‘Mighty Meatless Meals in Minuets’ was the title of the cookery demo she was doing at the Viva! Incredable Veggie Roadshow in London. Have friends in Brighton who have been and it is packed every time they have gone – I can’t wait to go and try it!
