This post is for anti-environmentalists who’ve reached this site via Google.

The Friends for Change campaign makes three errors:

1. That our environment is in danger, that we’re running out of water, oxygen, coasts, trees, animals, landfill space, fossil fuels, etc.
2. That children doing volunteer work can have any measurable effect on any of these.
3. That it’s all right to repeatedly drill into kids ideas that are never explained and that are contradicted by simple math and personal observation.

A single for-profit coal-fired power plant does far more good (to individuals) than all the millions of kids who’ve pledged to waste their time, harass their parents, forgo the benefits of industrial civilization, and grow up to outlaw said power plant.

The video won’t play anymore, but regardless, sooooo many kids and young adults look up to Disney stars. The fact that they’re promoting a green lifestyle and singing about acting responsibly (and you know that 90% of kids will download this song), they’re helping to make a positive difference in the world.

I don’t know if the six kids really mean that they’ll be environmentally active, but I think what they’re doing will help.
So many kids look up to them and want to be just like them, so even if they just promote environmentally friendly things, kids will start getting involved. It’s important to keep our environment safe, and I admire what they’re doing. Even if Disney can be really cheesey.

The music may move you, but get educated on the so called Global Warming issue. You owe it to yourself to check the facts. Please do yourself and your country a favor by going to Nexticeage.com or Climatedepot.com. Disney is doing what they do best, and that is marketing!
