If there’s one fabric I’m most in love with, it would have to be bamboo. Truly, there’s nothing softer in my opinion — and if you haven’t tried it, we’re giving away four chances this afternoon thanks to the fine folks at Frank & Faith. This online shop’s tagline is “beautiful clothes ethically made” and they sell a catalog of hip styles all made from either 100% organic cotton or bamboo. From the website,

“Frank & Faith clothes will always use organic, recycled or sustainable yarns and fabrics, be made ethically, and with equal importance – will always be fashionable. After working for many years for some of the biggest high street fashion retailers “Faith” decided there must be a more ethical and socially beneficial way of producing and manufacturing affordable fashion “savvy” clothing.”

For today’s contest, Frank & Faith are giving away their beautiful Sylvia Horse Print on 100% ivory-colored bamboo (More details here).

What a funky and fashionable way to promote a fabric that is not only soft and organic, but anti-bacterial and odor resistant! If you are looking for any of the actual bamboo material, visit us at http://www.jofabrics.com. We’d love to join in the eco-friendly movement through dress.

I love the way bamboo feels on my skin. I am uber-sensitive and it feels like earth balance butter or if some dreamy dairy-free version of cool-whip decided to make clothes out of its ingredients.

This is my first try at this contest, I always miss it on Thursday. This is so much fun. Kudos to ecorazzi and frank and faith. The sleeves are awesome.
