Well – I enjoy rare steak, raw cheese & pate & ‘sparkle’ & folks think I’m ten years younger than reality. But, truly – is that food or genes?

Alicia is beautiful & I respect her opinions. But, I do think she looks frail as a lot of folks I know who are vegan and/or raw. One guy came into a store I work in raving about a raw cookbook, etc. – but, the poor guy was skin & bones…it was painful to see.

Factory farming, GMO foods, pesticides/herbicides need to be banned…that simple.

She looks so pretty on the cover. She looks like she’s still in her twenties!
I wish she would of said what people said to her after she told them she’s vegan after they ask her “What have you done? Your sparkling!” I’m really curious how many people said something negative and how many said something positive.

Alicia Silverstone is so freaking adorable…and she’s right. I’ve been vegan for 5 years and people consistently think I’m about 5 years younger than I actually am. (I like to think they aren’t just being nice!)

Yes. You can also ‘drop’ 10lbs in as little as 10 ten days if you live in a country with no welfare and no one gives a fuck.

I’m glad there are more people who have noticed this fact.

I’ve mentioned it before and I’ll ‘say’ it again – veg*ans do look younger and veg*an women (in particular) have this kind of glow that non-veg*an women just don’t have it!

Veg*an women rock!! Yeah!!
