These chickens will still be murdered needlessly and they will still live a horrible life before they get to the slaughterhouse...what is PETA doing about that? Gassing or not, they live a horrid life and die regardless. They are not our property and should be able to live their lives freely as they would want to. We don't need to consume chickens to live healthily, so why would PETA be a proponent of gassed chickens??? It just works against the AR and vegan movement instead of moving it further into the next generation. "Happily" killed meat is not my idea of ethical.
