Wanna support a good cause and hang out with some of your favorite celebrities at an amazing party? Then look no further.

On Saturday, September 5th, you can join Honorary Gala Chair Ellen DeGeneres and many other kickass celebrities at the Animal Acres 2009 Gala celebration!

The event starts at 5:00 pm with the “Cowtail Party”, where celebrity hosts, award recipients, and Gala guests meet and mingle with the sanctuary’s “guests of honor” – over 150 rescued cows, pigs, turkeys, chickens, sheep and goats. Then it’s some delicious dinner from Madeleine’s Bistro and a star-studded award ceremony.

All proceeds from the Gala will benefit the farm’s emergency rescue and shelter programs to provide feed, housing, and veterinary care for suffering farmed animals.
