There are a number of great animal sanctuaries in the US (and worldwide); one of my favorites is Eastern Shore (http://blog.bravebirds.org/). Unfortunately, they don’t seem to be on GoodSearch’s list, so I’d probably need to get them added should I win. Ditto: Peaceful Prairie (http://www.peacefulprairie.org/).

I would want the $50 donation to go to my favorie charity, Susan G. Komen for the Cure.1 in 8 women get breast cancer in their lifetimes, and this charity helps fund important research and programs to help people currently going through treatment. I donate my own money and time, as well as walk and fundraise on their behalf when I can. We need a cure to this disease, and every dollar helps.
