The current article you are reading does not reflect the views of the current editors and contributors of the new Ecorazzi

Earlier this week, Ecorazzi gave you the skinny on PETA’s new “Save the Seals” campaign. Long story short, tons of stars are getting involved and telling the Canadian government that they are NOT OKAY with the the reckless slaughtering of baby seals for fur.

Kelly Osbourne recently spoke to PETA about her decision to participate in the campaign. Here’s what she had to say:

“Just by wearing fur you’re promoting all kinds of fur and it’s encouraging people to go out and kill seals and keep farming mink. Even if they used it for more than just their fur it’s still bad, but they just kill them for their fur. I don’t wear it because I just don’t like it. I don’t like the thought that something had to die so that I can look good.”

Want to hear more about Kelly’s thoughts on fur? Check out the clip below and watch the entire video!

Veld donates money to farm animals and also serves them

Lest we be confused that their giant V logo stands for anything other than Veld.

Trading beef for beans is not a solution, veganism is

Please do substitute beef for beans, but also have tofu instead of turkey, carrots instead of chicken, and I think you see where I’m going.

Guys, extortion isn’t an effective form of vegan advocacy

Assuming we can extort people into respecting the lives of others makes no sense.
