Yes, I really wish the Food Network, etc. would catch on more quickly that there are tons of us out there who both (1) care about living cruelty-free, vegan lives and (2) LOOOVE food. I don't bother with TV for meal inspiration (or just enjoying looking at delicious goodies) anymore, but stick to vegan YouTube channels and blogs. They should really try to get someone like Isa Chandra Moskowitz or Colleen Patrick Goudreau, get some vegan cooking shows on the air. :D

As vegans and former fans of Top Chef, my husband and I will definitely be watching! Because of previous episodes including different preparation methods for all kinds of meats, I've stopped watching the show and my husband has to Tivo it so he can fast-forward through the meat prep portions. Though it doesn't happen often (the Foo Fighters episode from last season was one), it's great to watch career chefs preparing veg*n food. We appreciate that Top Chef is recognizing the growing percentage of Americans that are eating veg*n food.
