I’ve had dinner at Horizons and the James Beard honor is very well deserved. The food at this restaurant is what one may consider “high-end.” It is amazing what they do with vegan cuisine. The big surprise was the pumpkin cheesecake… completely vegan and something of a culinary miracle! If you’re in the Philadelphia area and you enjoy vegan food, this place is a must.
