Hate fur-wearing so much you just can’t help but take your clothes off?

Twilight star Christian Serratos is the latest celebrity to participate in PETA’s “I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur” ad campaign. About her decision to pose, Serratos said:

“I’d always thought that it was really respectful when people decided to completely just go natural and just strip down for the animals. As soon as I could I wanted to do it. I’ve always been opposed to slaughtering, eating, wearing carcass. It’s just always seemed gross to me.”

We’re pretty big fans of the naked ads here at Razz and give Christian some serious credit for being brave enough to take part. Check out the clip below to here more of what Serratos has to say. Note: the video does contain some graphic images, including acts of animal cruelty.

Thank you PETA, this campaign is about the only good idea you have ever had.

  • gina

she looks beautiful, but damn. are we ever going to get away from the sexism and objectification of women that goes along with these “successful” campaigns?

  • VeggieTart

Another young woman poses naked for PETA to get some name recognition for her and more publicity for them. It’s all been done before.

It’s also getting really old. PETA, maybe it’s time to try something besides objectifying women?

whats with all the negativity ?? according what she says she is a vegetarian or vegan, so why doubt her motives and start throwing with mud ?? she only does it for name recognition ? for me, and i think many people, if i ever had the change, i would also pose for Peta ;-) to help stop fur but it would be terrible if people like you would post these mud throwing comments on forums and without any reason or justification would doubt my motives.

      • VeggieTart

Maybe I’m sick of PETA exploiting women to protest the exploitation of animals. Maybe I wonder if the message gets lost in the medium. And maybe I think there are better ways to get your point across.

      • herwin

translated : all these women who pose for Peta are just too dumb bitches to understand they are being exploited by Peta and too dumb to make their own decision. Anf if they dare to choose to pose for Peta these fellow women of yours will have to bear your wrath and your unjust name calling ??
goddamit, look at the pic, you cant see anything that would qualify as vulgar, porn or indecent.

    nice ass…jeez.

  • Tom

I agree with the above commenters. She looks great, but I think they should be a little more creative with using all this star-power rather than just asking them to get naked.

  • herwin

great stylish ad. the whole “i rather go naked then wear fur” is just an brilliant powerful long running campaign that allready is a classic and has done much to really change the image of fur for a lotta people.

I don’t see why everyone is complaining about this one thing. I say she posted nude for a good cause, unlike some celebrities today who just post nude because they feel like it or as a publicity stunt. What Christian did her was not for name recognition or for publicity. Though this one ad has brought a lot attention.

She is the most beautiful PETA girl until now, hope that a lot of actress will follow this example ^^

  • BareBeliever

Personally, I think that when done tastefully, like in this ad, nude photos are extremely beautiful, delicate and sensual. Christian looks wonderful and, yes, I agree that nude celebrities have been overdone, but you have to admit that they do the job – catch the public’s eye and make a memorable statement.

on a lighter note, my youngest sister was in Westwood, CA last night during the New Moon premiere and saw Rob Pattinson in person. She nearly had a heart attack (like every other teenage girl) haha
