They may be eco-conscious, but they are far from vegan. They use horn, mother-of-pearl, and silk. And I doubt that those materials are all naturally shed horns, cocoons, and shells. And I’d love some proof on whether or not those sheep, goats, alpaca, and yaks (which are also endangered), have to endure mulesing, and are allowed to live out their entire lives. I really don’t see why “eco-friendly” clothing companies can’t produce apparel with no animals products whatsoever. Bamboo fibers, for example, can be manipulated in ways that rival the texture of wool, cashmere, and rayon.

This would be super cool to win… my current winter coat really needs replacing and never was stylish to begin with. The colors pictured look so pretty! Would love to snuggle up in this all winter here in the Midwest!

It gets really cold here in the Midwest, and I hate wearing the same boring coat every day so I’d love to win so I could mix a new eco-friendly coat into my wardrobe!

I would love to have the coat because I go to school in Oklahoma and it gets a lot colder up there then in Texas. I love to eat healthy and by organic items, but its hard to find on a collage student budget. It would be nice to win because It would be one less thing for me to spend the little money I make on.
