Why, having a vegan Thanksgiving feast, of course. I volunteer to bring as many of the dishes to my family dinner as possible, I don’t tell people that it’s vegan, and after they’ve thoroughly enjoyed their meal I disclose that all the dishes I brought were vegan. Generally my contributions consist of mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, dressing, rolls, gravy, cranberry sauce, and pie.

Love the shirt! Well being Canadian we had a very vegan Thanksgiving last month. I have been veggie for 27 years and my husband for 36 years. We compost, recycle and buy local organic produce as much as possible.

I’m making a tofuturkey this year for the first time along with buying my green beans, potatoes, corn, pumpkin and apples from a local farmer’s market. Our family isn’t very big so we don’t consume too much but we always use regular dish wear and cloth napkins during family dinners. We try our best to always be as green as possible & trying our best to not eat meat either.

Last year for Thanksgiving, my family and I visited my sister in Texas, where I reneged on my vegetarianism and ate turkey, tacos and barbecue. This year I’ve resolved to do none of those things, so my green resolution is to stay true & healthy and not eat meat!!!
