RGBThere are literally no words to describe my love for Ellen DeGeneres — and words are kind of my thing. Seriously!

This week on her show, Ellen welcomed personal chef Roberto Martin to cook a delicious vegan chicken pot pie. Yes, you heard correctly: VEGAN chicken pot pie.

You might remember that earlier this year, Ecorazzi gave Ellen the number one spot on our Top 5 Vegan Celebrity of 2009 list. And now you can see why!

During the segment, Martin shares how vegan cooking is delicious, a “portion of the calories” and “better for the whole world.” Well, we could have told you that!

The star of the dish is a Gardein “chicken” breast, which Ellen says is,”the greatest product” to come along.

Check out the video below and get ready to drool!
