“Tracy, who’s the woman that I’m seeing now, is quite green,” Rosie said about her eco-friendly girlfriend. “She’s giving me big input. She said you’ve got to get rid of these plastic water bottles; you’ve got to get an aluminum bottle and refill it… She puts the compost in a worm thing in her kitchen — live worms in her kitchen! I’ve never seen it in my life. I was like, ‘you mean, there are worms in there?’ [Tracy said] ‘yes.’ So we’re getting greener as we go.”

2 Responses to Rosie O’Donnell Getting Green Input From New Girlfriend

  1. Joe says:

Her GF isn’t very smart. Aluminum cookware has been loosely associated with increased Alzheimer’s risk for years. The whole (health) point of switching away from plastic is to avoid harmful particulates.

Well, at least the GF is helping O’Donnel, an otherwise loud and odious fishwife of a woman improve in some way.

  2. Alicia says:

Rosie obviously had no idea what composting is but sometimes it takes a spouse or close friend to get you on the path to green.
