The “meatless” edition of Gwyneth Paltrow’s GOOP newsletter is now available to the masses.

As we mentioned last week, Paul McCartney pens a lengthy guest article on why he chose to go vegetarian — and why it’s good for your health and the planet. “Having been a vegetarian for over 30 years, I find it very simple and in fact, tasty and most enjoyable,” the former Beatle says.

Paltrow also shares some meat-free recipes and vegetarian-themed books — like Jonathan Safran Foer’s “Eating Animals” — to try out and explore.
